We want you to love your purchase, if for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact and return/exchange your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your package. For local pickup, items must be returned to shop within 7 days of “ready for pickup” email being sent. No exceptions.
Items purchased at regular price
We will happily accept exchanges and returns on unwashed, unworn items within 7 days of receiving your package. Items need to have original tags and packaging intact.
All items purchased on sale (including discount codes, promotions, sale events, or markdowns) are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
Process:
- Please email onlineorders@poshandcozy.com with your order number within 7 days of receiving package. We require what product you will be returning or exchanging. Items are required to be in original, unwashed, and unused condition.
- Please include proof of purchase, the order number marked clearly on the package, and have all item(s) shipped to:

Items must be shipped back within 3 days of contact with shop. Please provide tracking number once you have mailed package. If the item is not mailed within this timeline, it will no longer qualify for a return. Once we have inspected the item, we have the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition. If we are not contacted regarding the return of an item, a 10% restocking fee on the regular price will be deducted from credit.
- Refunds: A $1.50 transaction fee will be deducted for all e-transfer payments. If an item is deemed not eligible for return, we will provide a credit code (minus shipping) for customer to use on a future order. Please allow 3-5 business days for return transaction to be verified.
WARRANTY ON DEFECTED ITEMS:
If after receiving your items, there is a defect, please contact onlineorders@poshandcozy.com. Please email proof of purchase (order #) and pictures of the defect. We require you to contact our shop within 5 days of receiving/picking up your package. Once you initiate the claim, we will discuss replacement further.
