We want you to love your purchase, if for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact and return/exchange your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your package. All shipping fees for returns are the customers responsibility. For local pickup, items must be returned to shop within 7 days of “ready for pickup” email being sent. No exceptions.
Items purchased at regular price
We will happily accept exchanges and returns on unwashed, unworn items within 7 days of receiving your package. Items need to have original tags and packaging intact.
All items purchased on sale (including discount codes, promotions, sale events, or markdowns) are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.

WARRANTY ON DEFECTED ITEMS:
If after receiving your items, there is a defect, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please email proof of purchase which includes your Order Number and pictures of the defect. We require you to contact our shop within 5 days of receiving/picking up your package. Once you initiate the claim, we will confirm replacement/credit value.
THIRD PARTY PURCHASES:
If after receiving your items, there is a defect, please contact the company purchased from directly. Posh & Cozy will not take any returns for product purchased at a third party retailer or online store.
