Policies:

Please note our processing times for orders are normally 4-10 business days. During busier seasons and due to material and supply delays, occasionally orders can take up to 14 business days.

If you are looking for the status of your order, please email us after 10 business days of placing your order at shop@poshandcozy.com. Please note that if there is a piece that is on backorder in your order - the rest of your order will not ship until it is ready.

Once shipped - will take 2-5 business days to ship within Canada with the exception of any delays.

Please note that with Fedex 2Day shipping your order will be prioritized in the processing line.

Free Shipping

Get free shipping on all orders over $150 before taxes & shipping. Shipped via Tracked Shipping which takes 2-5 business days once shipped within Canada.

In-Store Pick Up

Available during regular business hours - see Google search for our regular business hours at our Lloydminster Warehouse. 

Online & In-Store Purchase Terms & Conditions:

We want you to love your purchase, if for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact and return/exchange your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your package. All shipping fees for returns are the customers responsibility. For local pickup, items must be returned to shop within 7 days of “ready for pickup” email being sent. No exceptions.

Items purchased at regular price

We will happily accept exchanges and returns on unwashed, unworn items within 7 days of receiving your package. Items need to have original tags and packaging intact.

All items purchased on sale (including discount codes, promotions, sale events, or markdowns) are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.

Process for all online orders placed directly with poshandcozy.com:

  1. Please email shop@poshandcozy.com with your order number within 7 days of receiving the package. Please include your order number and a list of the product(s) you will be returning or exchanging - description and size. Items are required to be in original, unwashed, and unused condition.  
  2. Please include proof of purchase, the order number marked clearly on the package, and have all item(s) shipped to:

  1. Items must be shipped back within 3 days of contact with shop. Please email the tracking number once you have mailed the package. If the item is not mailed within this timeline, it will no longer qualify for a return. Once we have inspected the item, we have the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition. If we are not contacted regarding the return of an item, a 10% restocking fee on the regular price will be deducted from credit.
  2. Shipping labels for returns and exchanges are not provided.
  3. Refunds: A $1.50 transaction fee will be deducted for all e-transfer payments. Please allow 3-5 business days for return transaction to be verified.

WARRANTY ON DEFECTED ITEMS:

If after receiving your items, there is a defect, please contact onlineorders@poshandcozy.com. Please email proof of purchase which includes your Order Number and pictures of the defect. We require you to contact our shop within 5 days of receiving/picking up your package. Once you initiate the claim, we will confirm replacement/credit value.

THIRD PARTY PURCHASES:

If after receiving your items, there is a defect, please contact the company purchased from directly. Posh & Cozy will not take any returns for product purchased at a third party retailer or online store. 

Wholesale Purchasing:

Please email wholesaleorders@poshandcozy.com - and we will send you a link for purchase and our wholesale purchasing policies. Please identify if you are an online or brick and mortar store in your email.
